Add Price with Tax to product_list.tpl

Hello, i'm trying to add the price with tax to my product_list.tpl

At the moment, in the admin, my product list is display the price without tax, i would like to underneath display the price with tax, if its a taxable good, some of my products do have tax and some don't.

Im ok with a bit of PHP (still a beginner but i know a bit)
I'm guessing i have to Load the tax class into the product.php controller
and in a foreach loop, display the price with tax but i have no idea how to load the tax information into the product.php controller file, and what to echo in the foreach loop..

can anyone give me some direction?

Version? There are admin settings for showing tax. There are requirements for how to show tax for VAT.
