Have you checked your server's error_log (ask webhost for it, might also be accessable from your cPanel), and also have you checked your OpenCart's system/logs/error.txt for any entries?

I removed it and installed it again, for some reason the permission is denied even after setting the user group permissions.

Any ideas?

Should I set the permissions of folder and sub categories and files to 777?

The above didn't work, I even tried settting the folders to 755 and the files 644. that didn't work either.

Currently I leave the meta tags, meta keywords, product tags and seo keyword in the xlsx sheet empty and the only way for the other modules to work is if I manually go to the admin products section and go into the product and without making any changes just save the product and the fields auto generate.

I was thinking, if there was a way to import the xlsx file with the fields empty and use some sort of edit multiple products module to generate it? Would that work?
