Where to hire a PSD to theme designer?

I scanned through the forum sections and I can't see an area where I can post. I'm looking to hire an experience Opencart theme designer to convert a design from PSD to an Opencart template/theme - for the latest version of Opencart.

Do you mean convert a PSD to a theme? I prefer to do that for you. Could you let me see the psd screenshots for home page, products listing page, products info page, shopping cart page and checkout one page? In this way, i could estimate the total work time for it and then give you a reasonable quote for the work.
