How do you add links to your Customer Service menu in 1.5.5.1?

This would be a nice feature in future versions, and could be similar to adding links in the Information menu.

What do you refer to as a "Customer Service menu"? You mean the "Account" module, or...?

I think he was referring to the customer service links in the footer. I thought it was a straight forward question and I don't believe you can without code editing knowledge, unfortunately.

You can add the links by editing the catalog/view/theme/*/template/common/footer.tpl file - the information column is the complicated bit but the other columns are pretty straightforward and you can simply add links without any coding skills like this:

<li><a href="http://www.yoursite.co.uk/shop/seo_link ... page">Text To Appear in Footer Here</a></li>
