courier company module request

Hello all i want to start a small local courier company and i want to work with the Opencart platform
Now ...i need a developer that can make a module like this that will be abile to do theese things

front end

Customer selects the service type

products / services
prices need a custom price field because OC doesn't show decimals afer zero .. it just aproximates to 1 from what i know

urgent 1 hr delivery time --- 0.80(currency)/km
exclussiv 1-2 hrs delivery time 0.70(currency)/km
priority 4 hrs delivery time 0.60 (currency)/km
end of business day - untill 6PM 0.50 (currency)/km
eco-start of next bussiness day -between 9am and 12 am 0.40 (currency)/km
green -end of next buisness day between 2 pm and 6pm 0.30 (currency)/km

Customer selects adresses and names

name and telephone no of shipper (default from registered customer info or new /custom)
name and telephone no of reciver ( default from SHIPPING HISTORY or new /custom)
mandatory fields

shipp FROM adress - autofill from google maps
ship TO adress autofill from google maps
mandatory fields

total distance between point A and point B - example here 16.4 this must be extracted from google maps somehow
a setting for this is needed in the admin panel to set the the city or cityes in with the service is provided this can be only one city or more ... now this data also is pulled from google maps with the set limitations from the admin panel i guess it can have a limitation of zip codes


Now for the first calculation
service type X distance
example Urgent 0.80/km X distance (16.4 km ) = 13.12 (currency) subtotal

now for the parcel type weight and cost
THIS DATTA IS HIDDEN From customer wiev

small letter = subtotal + 2%
MEDIUM letter = subtotal + 3%
Big letter = subtotal + 4%
Small parcel under 1 kg = subtotal + 5%
Medium parcel 2-5 kg = subtotal + 10%
Big parcel over 5 kg = subtotal + 20%

also theese values can be created and edited in the admin panel but i think this can be added with the product options

final calculation
example Urgent 0.80/km X distance (16.4 km ) = 13.12+ (small letter 2%)= 13.38
the total for this expedition will be 13.38

payment info
shipper pays the expedition
reciver pays the expedition


now the order is sent to the OPERATOR in the admin pannel caution !!! THE AUTO SEND OF E-MAIL MUST BE disabled SOMEHOW ..
THE EMAIL CONTAINING THE INVOICE ORDER NO AND AWB WILL BE SEENT MANUALLY BY THE OPERATOR AFTER CONFIRMING WITH THE CUSTOMER OVER THE PHONE WHEWRE THE COURIER IS WRRIVAL TIME AND COURIER ID

now on the admin panel



i need to create names of the couriers with designated vehicle (example scooter-yamaha-aerox) and licenceplate no or ID - this will be the unique ID of the courier say i search for courier no 132 and i get datta pulled from the database with the info
SOMETHING LIKE THIS

COURIER ID 132

NAME : JHON
SURNAME: SMITH
DESIGNATED VEHICLE TYPE - sCOOTER
MAKE/MODEL - YAMAHA - AEROX - 2007
LICENCE PLATE NO- H2B3R2HRV


Now the operator will select a available courier from the courier id and assign him to one or more orders
a extra field will be needed for situations like picked up by courier 132 delivered by 170

also a discount sistem is needed for customers that have a contract with us .. and also whis must be inputed in the customer database but i think OC has that ability with cutomer groups / disconts

besides the INVOICE and ORDER i will need a extra thing to send by e-mail
a AWB or dispatch info that is attatched to the parcel/letter

this will contain shipper info (name,adress, phone no)reciver iinfo(name,adress, phone no) courier ID,date time , order no ,service type ..
payment info ....who pays shipper of reciver

this must be done in a A4 format for printing with 3 copyes/sections on that page different colors all containg same data in that page .............1 for the shipper 1 for the reciver and 1for the courier
also this must be done so that the courier can rip out the 3 sections


So if there is someone out there that can develop a module like this please let me know the cost and time of development

ok i have found a solution to this ... so i scrapped the whole ideea of calculating cost by distance .. this topic can be closed
