Hello,
i have a problem installing OpenCart on a local XAMPP server. I have pasted the upload folder in htdocs, i've created a data base, but when i open localserver/upload/install, it gets like this - PICTURE OF THE PROBLEM and after i click on Continue it opens a page:

I want to use OpenCart on my futured online shop, but i have problems installing it on my local XAMPP server. I want to install it on a local server and change the design before buying a server for my site.
There should be some mistakes, but im from Bulgaria and my English is bad.

I think this is rather an XAMPP issue then OC.
Make sure hat the time/date setting for your server are correct.

i've already installed it and translated the 1.4.0 version. Should i upload it because i dont see any bulgarian translations for 1.4.0. I have translated only the Main Page (not the Admin Page).
No problems for now, im gonna now begin the new design of the cart. For now i find OpenCart awesome.
Im sorry for my bad english, but i dont speek it good.
