How does receiving payments through paypal work? Hi. I am new to paypal and i was wondering if someone wanted to send me a payment through paypal would I have to do anything, like upgrading my paypal account or paying a percentage of the price etc. Also is paypal total secure? If I gave someone the necessary information to send me money, could he do anything with that except for sending me money? Thanks for your replies!!!
