OpenStock Module not showing in Extensions > Modules list

hi guys...

I'm struggling to install a 3rd party module.

I've uploaded the contents of the 'upload folder' in my shop, and can see the module in

/public_html/shop/admin/view/template/module (the module is openstock.tpl)

next step tells me to log in to open cart, go to extensions > modules and click 'install'... thing is there's no listing for the openstock module to install.


Everything seems to be in place. Can't find any helpful advice on the developer's website... so here i am hoping someone here can help.

Any ideas?

again, answering my own question having chatted with someone brainier than myself....

once I'd given myself permission in System > Users > User Groups > Top Administrater, and ticked the boxes next to the new module, the module in question did display in the modules list.
