Change all instances of 'State / Region' to 'County' for UK

As part of my site clean up I wanted to change 'State / Region' to County as my webstore only operates within the UK.

I also wanted to restrict my Country choice to only the UK on all the address fields to stop non-UK customers registering and attempting to order.

The vQmod linked to below achieves the first objective and replaces all 7 instances as well as the 7 error messages relating to the field.

Only tested on default theme but will work on OC1.5.4 to OC1.5.6.1 inclusive.

The text file inside the download tells you how to run an SQL query to disable all countries, then simply re-enable UK and you should be set for a UK-only OC webstore - enjoy!

EDIT: Made as a vQmod so it is easily reversible in future if plans change - same with the SQL query, full instructions on how to change back are included.
