I have it and i just need to ask a question. Is there a way for the discount, NOT to be applied to the Special Offer items?
Could anybody please advise me on how to set this mod to discount from total (incl taxes) rather than sub total?

I installed an auto rewards extension to give customers the points as soon as the sale was completed.
I have now installed your Group Discounts and the auto rewards have stopped working.
Any ideas what may be causing it?

Do you have any vQMod errors?
The settings should be under System --> Settings (Option Tab)
I thought I had the same problem as well.
For Dutch installations these settings can be found under Configuratie / Winkel-instellingen / Opties and then the Account part.
There are some typo's in the Dutch language bit. For example in the Options part the text minimum is displayed as @

I was trying to set a site wide discount.
I have used this extension to set customer group whole site discounts and this seems to work at the moment, but I was looking for a limited time to set the default discount to something like 17%
The issue I have here is customers that are not logged in do not see the discounted (scored out price) on the site...it is only when they log in they see the reductions.
Is there a way to set the entire site to do the scored out prices for visitors?

I am currently running this plugin on a site, I have a few groups that have % discounts but when a customer in one of those groups tries to use a coupon it is blocked due to an existing discount, is there a way to allow the coupon to work on top of the group discount?

I'm installing your extension, and first impressions are good. i have however two problems.
(i did select Show Group Discounts as Special Price? = true, and Requires Login to see discount prices.= true)
1) When Discounts apply (i use discounts Applied to product categories based on customer Groups), the discounted Price is shown, but Theres no "special" colouring of the discounted Price.
2) When discounts apply, the VAT calculations are broken (rater they calculate VAT as applicable, but still from the base Price). And VAT seems to dissapear from my cart, and checkout.

I hope somebody have an idea whats the issue here, as I'm so colse - but no cigar for me yet!

I think I Figured out the issue with the missing "special" colouring. if the discount offered is the same as the tax percentage, the discounted Price is Applied, but not coloured ...

The problem can be seen by having a discount applied then choose one of the price ranges from that extension I linked above... That extension shows the original price versus the discount price your extension provides.

PHP Notice: Undefined variable: final_special in .../vqmod/vqcache/vq2-catalog_model_catalog_product.php on line 102
$final_special is tied to this extension.
Running OC 1.5.6.4
What am I doing wrong?!
