Hi everyone,
I've installed the right version of the fantastic import export extension for my oc shop v.1.5.6. It seems to be a very helpful tool to save much time.
Unfortunately I can't access my admin panel from my tablet, smartphone or other pc after the installation. When I try to login, the backend website is reloading without any errors.
The only way to login is from my usual browser on my laptop where it always worked.
I would appreciate help!
Thank you in advance!
Best greetings
Marc
Hi!
I tried to login from several computers and networks. The only possibility to login is only from my laptop. After typing in the login informations I will be redirected without any errors to my admin login panel again. There are no errors in the logfiles aswell.
The only error occures when I try to login with the wrong login informations.
Greetings

That's likely just a problem of putting it into words. This is the corner you've painted yourself into for the moment . . .
Trying to log in from other devices (some of which, by the way, don't even "do" cookies and such) is not the same as trying to log in with wrong credentials. Even if the other devices were to work, they would at least have to be given the correct credentials in order to succeed. ("The only error occures when I try to login with the wrong login informations.")
I do not actually see how or why "wrong login informations" should succeed in logging in -- the system is set up to prevent logging in with wrong credentials.
