Can't add module

Hi.please help me to find out what is my site problem.i have new updated for new version and follow up all recomention after update also delete the install folde.

But after that i can add any module.example,when i click edit to any module like slideshow and click add module setting up and save.. after save his reset like new.. no any module was added. so all module like this.i can't add..

Hope can understand this my bad english.. :(..

In admin, System / User Groups / Top Admin / Permissions / Edit, then Select All in both boxes and hit Save.

Hi,tanks for you help.but i already select all of the Access Permission and Modify Permission then save.his still not work i still can't add module?.. any else way to find what this is problem?..

Back to basics. Versions (prior, current)? Theme? Extensions? Since "any module" does that, something is interfering with how OC is supposed to work.

Hi Guys - I have just added a theme. I do see the modules that come with this theme and i have gone and installed the individuals modules; but when i go to layouts and try to add these they arent there! Any ideas
