Wrong Payment Info with PayPal Express.

Situation:

Clean opencart 1.5.6 installation.
PayPal Express Checkout button enabled.

After clicking the button, the PayPal Gateway is shown. In PayPal Gateway choose to pay with credit card (as a guest, not to pay with a PayPal account). Fill in the PayPal form with different addresses for payment (billing) and shipping. After confirming the order, the payment address in opencart is filled with the payment one.

For instance: in PP gateway fill the payment address with 'A', and fill the shipping address with 'B'. After confirming, in the opencart database the payment address and the shipping one are the same for the order (both filled with 'B').

Is there a shipping or tax or geo zone setting trying to use the shipping address for the billing address?
