Vietnam shopping online using opencart

http://anybuy.vn/ using opencart version 1.5.5.1 and custom theme from defaul theme. Now it is pagerank 2 and have many keywords in top 10 google. In future we will upgrade to version 1.5.6.1. Please visit our website and review it. Thanks you!

Clean and bold, with contrast except for greys such as "+10%VAT(liên hệ trực tiếp): 0đ Thêm vào giỏ" following prices. Easily understood and navigated. Suggest increase font-size: values in .css and in-line (to 16px;). Speedy in North America; server Arizona. Seems to work well but be aware that there may be deviations from normal behaviors,as it is not on Apache; "string: nginx/1.4.4". Hotline popup recurs, takes too long to dismiss, and is accordingly an annoyance -- but apparently customers through much of Asia like hotline popups, and they're whom you need to satisfy. Overall, pretty good.

Since in the service area apparently customers like the feature, you can make it less annoying without putting yourself at a competitive disadvantage by killing it outright. Look for ways to make the chat popup shut up after it has first been dismissed, leaving a tiny place to click (perhaps a little graphic in the range of only 10x15 saying Live or the like) in order to revive it, and perhaps for somewhere else that the bottom to poke to make it pop up when somebody wants to fire it or to revive it.

Agree, being sent unexpectedly to a new tab, be it adjacent or far right, is not good, and for following trails of categories to products that should not happen. Whether breadcrumbs work properly in ever more new tabs should be checked, lest browsers either confuse customers or reload the whole store in every tab (dinna check). Apparently something in there is targeting _top or _blank.

I am sorry but it takes ages to open any of the pages.
It might be because I am in Europe I don't really know.

I find the bottom popup annoying, is it really necessary?
