Can anyone share their Privacy Policy and Term of condition for me to use. I will edit some of the words so it will not look the same.
Thank You
Just google around for a general template you can customise...
For example:

Privacy and Terms and Conditions can be fairly short. They should normally not be quite as short as the new tax form (How much did you make last year? Send it in.). You won't gather what, how, except when? You won't divulge what, except under what circumstances? To ask or seek what about a pending or a shipped order, do what, when? To return something, do what, when? You are dealing with customers who sign up and go through checkout, then one way or another take delivery. Deal with that.
Mind what you find, read it. If portions aren't even relevant, lop them (very little if any of software giants' language would bear upon fishing lures). The same must be said of lopping the Aussie examples kindly linked by granddaddy -- most is useless boilerplate, some is wrong ("we expressively collect" may be an interesting concept but the word is "expressly").
Mind what you edit, probably just "some of the words" won't cut it. The ones written by corporate attorneys often cover everything but arriving asteroids and moreover contain caveat sleepers or actually omit stuff that matters. Those are not good models for what you need. Many written by little guys leave stuff out or worse (saying never is preposterous, you can bet your britches that you will divulge privacy matters under a court civil order or a search warrant).
