Edition Guard API

Hello,
I am planning to sell Adobe DRM protected files through my site and I want to use Edition Guard services, but I need someone to develop fulfillment service through Edition Guard API, here is the documentation:

When a customer pay for his order, and automatic email with eBook license should be sent to my customer directly.
