*HELP!* Edit Orders In Admin

I am currently using Open Cart V1.5.6. We seriously need to be able to edit orders via admin after they have been placed. I need to be able to manually click the product price and change it; change totals; shipping and total cost. I have found an extension but the developer has not made it compatible for V1.5.6 and we are unable to reach him/her and hasn't provided support for it for a while.

This is the extension of mention above; we need to be able to perform the actions just like this extension. If there is a way to tell what would need to be changed to make it compatible with V1.5.6 please do share. Are there any significant changes to make it not operate from the last version its compatible with to the current?

Do you suggest i can find an extension that would work for V1.5.6 that will perform the functions of need? Ive searched all over and still empty handed. If you can create an extension please provide a total cost and time frame and contact information.

That extension spans 1.5.0.0 through 1.5.5.1, and given what does not differ between 1.5.5.1 and 1.5.6.0 as well as 1.5.6.1, that extension might well actually work for 1.5.6.0 and 1.5.6.1 (just out this week). On the currently last page of Comments, one used it with 1.5.6.0, but the currently last Comment points directly at the rating (1), and at the Comments at large. Upshot seems to be to keep a-lookin'.
