Update stock through mobile app on product page admin

Hi All,
I am having a problem in managing my inventory currently. I sell apparel items online which doesn’t have a bar code as it is not a branded item, so it is becoming very difficult for me to manage my stocks. Whenever my customers order there is a chance that my supplier doesn't have the particular ordered item. I cannot get stock information from my supplier as they are not using any information system. Please find my problem description below.

My website currently displays an item availability in" Yes/out of stock" . I want my supplier to have access to my list of items that i sell Via a mobile app , so that they can remotely set the real time stock availability information. This availability of information which is in" Yes/out of stock" format updated by my supplier should be reflected directly on my website. Is this possible if not through opencart apps then is there any alternative solution for this problem.

The format should be like on product page no additional columns required can it be done?
