Gift Voucher Currency Error

Hello,

I changed the default currency to EUR.
I place the min/max value in store settings.
But when I try to buy a gift voucher, it convert the value.

I try to make a fix but no results.

Any help?

Please send more details. What do you mean buy a Voucher? What is your store URL?

I struck the same problem.

The minimum and maximum purchase values are shown at the USD conversion rate, even though the cart enforces the value entered in dashboard.

For example;

In Dashboard I set the currency to NZD and its value to 1.0, the USD value is 0.83. I set the minimum voucher value to $20 and the maximum value to $2000. When I select to purchase a voucher in the store, the note next the the purchase value states the minimum purchase value is $16.60 (0.83*20) and the maximum value is $1660 (0.83*2000).

Setting the USD value in Dashboard to 1.0 fixes this but will cause problems with multi-currency transactions.

The selected default currency needs to be set to 1.00. If you change your default currency to another currency code, than that one has to be 1.0. Only one currency can have the value 1.0 and must be set as default currency. When the update takes places, by clicking the 'Dashboard' button, the rate is calculated by converting the default currency's code.
