Admin Bug, that you can't see the functions

hi , after i have install the 1.5.6, or 1.5.5.1

the admin is look like this

take a look does anything know what happen .

and also it happens during the installation as well.

here is other pictures, the functions are there,

just that its not function correctly. ...how can i solve it,

i have try to reinstall it 2 times, its still the same.

the icons are not there even when i start to install it.

but it still let me finish the installation ....

can anyone help.
