how can I make the Affiliate Registration cost money?
Meaning I want to charge $10 per registration for every affiliate (or reseller as they will be called later on) to make sure we only get serious resellers and resellers with a potential.

Make a $10 product, and then allow affiliate registration only to those customers who've bought this product (this part requires custom programming).
