Export Order (from Admin dashboard) to XML

Hi,

I am teaching myself.. so it is likely that I might have missed something basic
Please help me learn.

That said, I kinda liked Tulio's Extension to export customer orders to xml

I am trying to build a similar (very very similar) extension to export orders from the Admindashboard

I tried duplicating the file, and making changes to the filepath (from catalog to admin.. etc)

My challenge is.. I am not able to show the "EXPORT to XML" button at the admin dashboard
(afterall, only then I can check if my xml is working or not)

Can someone please look into my xmlfile and tell me what am I missing here?

VQMod installed : 2.4.1
