Use phpAdmin to get into the database, then search the relevant table.

Life is not a dress rehearsal, it's the real thing.

(1) Go into database, into user table, ADD a record, give it an admin username that you'll remember (~!admin or bobadmin or the like), fill in the rest of the boxes (or if line-wise, the rest of the record row).

(2)(a) If you do have your own customer account, you can grab the name/password from the customer table and paste them into your own new user record.

(2)(b)(1) Simpler, yet, is just to put in a new username, put in any password, Save,

(2)(b)(2) THEN upload ocreset.php into /admin/, address that as http://[store]/admin/ocreset.php, give it the new username, it will make a new password on the spot (no mail), and that will be in the database on the spot.

(2)(b)(3) Read his instructions here:

You're very welcome. You, too. (Here calling it Christmas season IS politically correct.) Get him warm bulky mittens to wear so that he cannot type any more. Go ahead and edit your opening title Solved.

I will do this in the morning when I will be at the office.
