Add option to checkout for one customer group

Hi everyone!

i need a additional checkbox on checkout. Saying " By checking this box, You agree that payment of this order must be created within 1 day of delivery"

This checkbox will show when specific customer group making order. And hidden for all other customer groups.

I want it to show under the terms and condition checkbox on checkout page.

Can you please help me to do this?
