I read all replies and check none of the method worked to get raid of this error. Actually this is not an error at all. Infact this is a browser error.

You can solve it by clearing your COOKIES for your opencart site.

I had this problem 2 times, and I asked that 2 customers (who notice occurred when they were registering) for what did happened in registration process. both of them said that when we clicked the submit button and it took too long, we refreshed the page to submit again.
