Weight Based shipping

Please help! I'm a newb, setting up an Opencart site. I want to have Pick up from Store option which is working fine, and Weight Based shipping. I believe I've set it up correctly but Weight based shipping doesn't come up as an option if I put a dummy order in my cart.

I just have two geozones set up, I can't see what I'm missing.
I've attached print screens of I think all the relevant screens. Can someone please tell me what I'm doing wrong?? thank you!!

Your geo zones don't have any countries or zones associated with them. You need to add a country + zone for it to be assigned to a location, otherwise it's not available anywhere.
