Descriptions not saving in manufacturer

Hi!

I don't understand. I followed all the steps as per the topic: "Adding Descriptions to manufacturer Pages"

When I create a new manufacturer, everything is ok. Description saves in a database and it's shown on the manufacturer page.

But if I click to edit everything is deleted and also from database. Not even showing on the website

Any thoughts how to fix it?

1. did you modify any files?
2. look inside /vqmod/xml/ folder, what do you see?
