I have just installed a clean version of 1.5.6 with VQmod 2.4.1 but every time I change from the default template I get this error;

Notice: Error: Could not load template /home/discount/public_html/catalog/view/theme/default/template/common/footer_bottomfooter_bottom_right.tpl! in /home/discount/public_html/vqmod/vqcache/vq2-system_engine_controller.php on line 90

The error disappears as soon as I revert back to the default template.

I do have some VQmod's installed and would also like to ask if someone can tell me if the XML versions of the mods I have installed have to be of the same version or do they just have to be V2+?

Thanks for any help and sorry if this topic has been mentioned before but this forum search just keeps saying that my search words are too common and won't let me find any topics if there are any on this subject.

Well I tried both the file I have which is the free one;

ThemeGlobal - The Best Free OpenCart 1.5.1.x Theme Ever

and also the shoppica one which is also included with the clean 1.5.6 OC

but both gave me the same error

When you change from the default template? Or to default template? if you are using some modules that are only in one of your custom themes...you get that error when you are going into the default template.

If I change from the default to any other the error happens but changing back removes the error.

The one theme uses two modules but not the shoppica so maybe I'll try disabling the modules and see what happens if I then try the shoppica that comes with OC.

The part that I don't get though is that the error message is referring to the default template but it shouldn't be looking at that line as the default template isn't being used at that time.

The theme yourtheme does not throw an error up though but I think that is just a complete replica of the default theme.

perhaps you have installed a vqMod that wants to add that .tpl and it doesn't exist
