UPS error

Hi everyone,

I have an error in the step of shipping calculation:
111050: Package exceeds the maximum size total constraints of 165 inches

If anyone knows how to fix it, pls help.
(The item I tried to calculate has dimensions: 5 in x 6 in x 7 in)

It sees 210 rather than 18, certainly. Are you supposed to enter feet rather than inches? Even the 165 is a touch less than 14 feet, which in most UPS trucks would be biggish, and the 210 would be modestly worse, just under 18 feet, while we're talking about a box that is essentially smaller than and would fit inside a standard volleyball that in turn would fit easily inside any UPS rig, so something is not properly set. What are your System / Settings / Store / Edit values for sizes?

Try trimming it to 3 x 3 x 3 and see what it does with 27.

I tried with 3x3x3 (inches) , but the problem is the same.

All my settings in system are very simple: inches for dimensions and pounds for weight.

I also changed the dimensions settings.

Was:
Inches - in - 2.540000
millimeters - mm - 10.00000
centimeters - sm - 1.000000

My dimensions settings now:
Inches - in - 1.000000
millimeters - mm - 25.40000
centimeters - sm - 2.540000

Now I have an error:
110602: Missing/Illegal Combination of Package/Dimensions

What I did wrong? Please help
