download trouble

Hi all,

there is probably some problem with opencart website, trying download any of contributions i got blank page with following warning message:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/opencart/public_html/opencart/library/cache.php on line 6

Of course, file download doesn't start. Is there any other download page? Or, can I kindly ask for czech language pack and shiping per weight module?

Fixing it now.

Its everytimemy host upgrades the fix I need torest the permissions.
