Gift Certificate request (amount & theme)

I would like to request the following things regarding gift voucher:

1. Option to set few amounts value to choose from (radio or select, radio is better) like: 100.00, 200.00, 300.00 instead of text box with default amount value of 25.00.
Maybe to have the option to choose (admin settings) amount text field or radio field.

2. To make Gift Certificate Theme not a required field.
I have only 1 theme which I want to have as default and I don't want customer to choose a theme.
Also to have the option to hide this field completely, on Purchase a Gift Certificate (front site)

3. If theme image is required why it is not displayed both on admin and front site?

4. Theme preview – to have the option to preview the voucher theme with the personal message before purchase.
