You can define formulas for the following:
-Manufacturers: you can define a formula for each Manufacturer.
-Categories: you can define multiple formulas for multiple categories. Each category can have multiple price ranges so you can apply different formulas for different price ranges.
With this module you can:
-Apply a percentage discount, surcharge or a more complex calculation to all products of a manufacturer or manufacturers.
-Apply a percentage discount, surcharge or a more complex calculation to all products within one or more price ranges to a category or categories.
A typical formula would be "p-p*8/100". The "p" in the formula will be replaced at runtime for the stock price of the product and the formula will be interpreted.
This is a simple example but if you can do it in Excel, you can do it here
Formulas are only applied if no discount is set for a product.
