Creating a simple blog page?

Hey guys, checked the forums and could not find an answer.

I would like to make a simple blog page, in which my header and footer are sandwiched in between.

My website is http://www.wiredleaf.co.uk.

I can make customer navbar and I can create custom pages, so I can make a page right now that links to say, www.wiredleaf.co.uk/blog, and have that page all spruced up.

But I would like a normal blog-type page. Something simple that just lets me add posts to this page just like wordpress does.

So is there a simple way to do this? I was told to use "information pages" for this, but the links for me did not work (I use SEO friendly urls).

Is there a way to get a simple blog page on OpenCart? If I have to pay, which is the best module for it?

A "best module" to position as you noted with link and backlink would probably be any of several freeware open source blogs as such. Many of those can be set up to be very simple, with most of their features shut off.

There are many but this one I am using is not expensive and work very well
