multi flat rate with extra additions

hi,
im looking for a shipping module which should work as:

5 days Delivery: $3.99
3 days Delivery: $4.99
Next Day Delivery: $6.99
Saturday Delivery: $8.99

and each new item addition will add $1 to the order.

p.s. ive tried duplicating the flat rate module.. it works for the first area.. but not for (additional items in the cart)
can you suggest something?

You could use Item-Based Shipping for this. You'd set up cost brackets like this:

Title: 5 Day Delivery
From: 0, To: 1, Charge: 3.99
From: 1, To: 9999, Charge: 1.00, Per (#): 1
Final Cost: Cumulative

but will i be able to use multiple instances for those? as i need different rate sets for different days..

You can create as many different options as you want. Take a look at the demo and try clicking the "Add Rate" button. All the options will be presented at once, so the customer can choose between them.
