I was just checking through the gift vouchers that have been purchased through my store and I noticed that some have either never been used or only partially been used. Would it be possible to include a function alongside "Send" and "Edit" called "Remind", whereby an email is sent to the recipient saying something along the lines of "We just wanted to remind you that you still have a gift voucher to spend at [store name], your remaining balance is: [balance]" ?

...or even an automatic reminder email to be sent every 3 / 6 / 12 months after a gift voucher was last used, if the remaining balance is > 0 ?
