(SOLVED) Issues with shipping modules (mainly USPS and UPS)

Turns out the other store with the FedEx issue has the same ISO CODE 2 problem....

Both stores are working properly which is great..

The only mystery standing is "How did the values get changed" but atleast I know how to take care of these two issues.

Kudos. There's a pair of ISO, 2-digit, 3-digit, so we'll apparently need to be watchful for where which appears as well as for the 1-character truncation you ran into, or in the 3-digit instance truncation by either 1 or 2 characters. (Is CE RC1 an option?)

Yeah I don't remember ever changing these and I know for a fact that my client's didn't make the changes. CE RC1 is not an option for a few reasons: 1) My time is limited, 2) For the sites I have running 1.5.5.1, I feel they're performing well and 3) I looked through the changelog when it was released a few weeks ago and there were changes that I didn't like. I'd have to look them up and then report back what I didn't like the sounds of.
