Shipping PLUS Flat Rate showing at Checkout

Hello all,

Am a complete newbie to both opencart and web building...in fact it's a wonder to me sometimes that I know how to log in at all!

I have been setting up my Catagories and Products, have linked my site to my PayPal account and have a Flat Rate shipping amount showing as well as a Free Delivery for orders over £15

Both of these are showing up correctly but when I follow an order through the check out procedure to the part where the customer would log into PayPal to pay there is a £1.99 postage and packing charge being added.

I think I must have entered this myself at some point [probably before I managed to work out how to enter a flat rate] but now I can't seem to locate where it is.

Would very much appreciate it if someone could help guide me

Your PayPal shipping costs should be disabled, within your PayPal admin panel. Check all your settings in there, one of them is attached to shipping rates, which you can delete. There might be some old posts in the forum that can help, as well, if you do a search.
