Brought up directly in Firefox it is giving a sedoparking #partner iframe, set for G. indexing, but white screen, no 404 (that being there just means 404), for both. Of course, by .htaccess we are not supposed to be able to address .js, so we know that as to .js and .css, at least, .htaccess is working.

And, good, /install/ goes to Seite nicht gefunden, which is about as 404 as it gets without spelling out the number.

Look in your /download/, delete anything weird. That will include *route* and *jpg* files. They may be executable. Add MarketInSG's small download extension. [Back in a moment with link.] Extension: http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php ... 20#p403255, download therein at http://forum.opencart.com/download/file.php?id=16828 . . .

The only file in "/download" is an "index.html"

Good. The extension works, and so is very useful when /download/ is actually used or is reserved for use, even if renamed /gibberish/ (with edits to config.php pair for that).

This would be a good time to ensure that your tree has 755 dirs, 644 files, NO 777 dirs or files, and no .dirname/ (with dot). If index.html is 0 bytes it is clean; if larger, look inside it; if larger than about 44 kb kill it (empty it to zero bytes, that serves a purpose).

Hi,

I was looking at your store, because I thought you have a multistore running...

Your store - well done. But I would ALL english-phrases translate into german. No "compare" or "review" or any other english words inside the german front-end. Thats why you really dont know if all your customer can handle with, for one hand. For the other it seems a little unprofessional.

Whats about SSL-connection?

You're right. I'm working on the last remaining translations (gotta find them first ^^)
A "geotrust" SLL Certificate is on the way.

The "Multi-Vendor" Store is another Project and currently not online yet

At least you have the advantage that remnant English will poke you in the eyes. You can go from the page loaded to the corresponding section and file in the language/ tree. There change only to the right of the separator, retain the quotation marks, and ensure that there is exactly one ; ending the line.

Yes, but i found out, that there's a language file from the template that was not included in german folder. So i just copied and translated and now everything should be german :)

Sehr gut. Keep track of what you did. Down the road when you upgrade OC files in its own /upload/ source tree will overwrite everything that OC considers its own files.

OC 1.5.5.1 is pretty stable. It NEVER gave me ANY error messages except when it was my own fault. I might not want to touch the running system ;)

Make a clone, fiddle with that when you're not sure. Then you won't accidentally break the one that runs. Ya learn by doin'. Including booboos, you'll remember them.
