win7 and win8 can't edit "Welcome Message" or "Product Desc"

I recently bought new pc's one with Win7 and one with Win8. Now when I try to edit Welcome message in System/Settings/Store tab the "Welcome Message" area is blank and I can't edit. Also the Description area of products is also blank using Win7/8 pc's.

OC version is 1.4.9.5

If I go back to older pc running Win XP all is fine? Any answers out there?

Found out that if I set up Compatibility View in Win7 it now shows Welcome Message but Malformed meaning it is a narrow view of the edit box.

Switched to FireFox 24.0 Browser and all works as it should. Just another Windows Internet Explorer 10 failure.

Instead of deleting this post thought I would keep it up in case others are having similar issue. Use FireFox, it works.

Webpages generally have no dependency on the windows version you are running. It sounds like IE10 issues

Yes, I believe I said in the post "Windows Internet Explorer 10". Not to blame the Windows OS but the version of "Windows Internet Explorer Program" like version 10. I called it "Windows Internet Explorer 10" because when using IE10 and going to the "Help" tab and selecting About Internet Explorer it clearly says "Windows Internet Explorer 10"

Please read a post carefully before firing off an answer just because your are the "Expert"....Sometimes misleading answers can confuse all of us non-experts (like you) who are actually your customers and buy your mods.
