Coupons (discount/gift) as QR-codes

Dear developers,
Please consider developing a module/extension that allows to advertise (in off-line (such as printed ads or leaflets) and on-line direct advertising (banners)) a qr-code, which (when scanned) leads to an OpenCart web shop and ensures this particular visitor automatically receives pre-designated discount IF he purchase anything during his session.
If anything similar is already developed - please let me know. If not (and you are capable of developing one) - please advise timing and costs.
