Hi, does anyone have any idea why certain images that my customer is uploading cause the image Manager to display none of the images stored. If i remove the image in question from the Image Manager (using the backend as i can't do anything in the front end), then the images are all displayed again. This has happened 4 times now and is causing the customer (and me!) much frustration. I have attached one of the images that causes this and hope that someone might be able to help. I have tried renaming the image, using all lowercase, no spaces etc. but it is not until i recapture the image and then re-save it that the Image Manager works as expected :-(

Does anyone have any idea what could be causing the above?? Everytime the customer tries to upload some images at least one of them causes this problem which means that they can't upload any stock at the moment ???

Not sure why images would crash the image manager - but I have discovered that some images won't display until you empty your cache or even do a Safari Reset (if you're using Safari) - this bit is annoying because it deletes all your preloaded usernames / passwords etc - but I've found it to work. This also seems to cure a problem I had with deleting images and replacing them with an updated one with the same name - it always showed the old image until I reset Safari.

Hope this helps

Hi, thanks for your reply. Clearing the cache makes no difference. The image manager still does not display any images until the image that is causing the problem is manually deleted. This is a massive problem for me, the customer cannot currently upload any images since it happens frequently. Any other suggestions anyone?
