In area where autocomplete is the only option now, such as Products > Links > Categories. Sometimes, if you have a large store it is hard to remember what the name is so a drop down box where you can select the appropriate option would be a nice feature.

I've just uploaded a free mod that will revert to the much loved dropdown and checkbox approach to links. It works with a standard installation of oc1.5.5.x and 1.5.6
