Error message before finishing installation

Hi,
PLEASE HELP!
I faced an Error message before finishing installation. And I try to go Myphpadmin check the database table, all table are already there, but if I try to go admin or store, both pages shown "Cannot found the page".

that's a permissions issue for whatever reason your config.php files are not readable by the webserver user.
