Adding selection based multiple products to cart

Hello guys, I have a requirement of modification for a website can you help me with that? Here is the reference website: http://www.cymax.com/South-Shore-Affina ... 93-PKG.htm . I want few functionality same like the reference site on opencart default theme.

Required modifications are as follows:
1. Customer selects multiple products by checking checkboxes
2. When customer checks the checkbox, column should be added on the right above add to cart which contains quantity, name, options and price of that product which is checked just like the reference site.
3. Now when customer click on add to cart, if all options are selected, all the products should be added in cart, else it will show an error if options/option is not selected.

All those products will be coming from related products.
