[SOLVED] drop down menu not opening in IE 10 1.5.5.1

Hello, I got a strange problem with dropdown in IE10. After positioning marker mouse over a category drop-down menu does not open properly the first time. In reposition menu opens. When you reload the site cycle repeats. Attach a screenshot of the action menu. I guess others have the same problem.

hmmm..i thought this had been fixed. maybe it wasn't uploaded. try searching the forums for it

Im using 1.5.6, latest version. I have two problems in ie 9 and 10

When using left and/or right panels such as featured and special my entire menu becomes a huge grey area with all menus and sub-menus showing to the left. Exactly as it looks in the following thread: http://forum.opencart.com/viewtopic.php?f=20&t=62009

If I remove the panels it looks great! However, I need the panels

As above, menus dont open up unless I move mouse from below...If I hover from the side, it doesnt open up. If I move cursor from bottom of menu and hover over it, it opens up.

How should I solve this issue?
