Error connecting to Canada Post

Hello there,

I need your help get solution in Canada Post module.

i have install module and configure it, now also send the request for siteground.com which is hosting provider for open to port 30000, they have also open this port for me for this IP: 66.110.6.131

Still i am getting error on checkout page that : Error connecting to Canada Post

If you get that error then the port still isn't open.
Ask your host to manually telnet or ping to
sellonline.canadapost.ca:30000

from the server.

They are asking that for which Ip address you want to open the Port 30000

here they have mention that ip, i have already send them request for ip: https://kb.siteground.com/how_to_use_th ... nada_post/

how can i know that 30000 is open or not?

when it stops showing "Error connecting".. then you know it's open :)

It is working now, but when i add the dimensions and weight, it does not work. I have all different products.
