Change Order Fee

some customers will call/email saying that they need to add/change their order and consequently adjust any discounts, etc

we might want to apply a change order fee of a few bucks, in addition to any changes to an existing unshipped order

the change order fee would be applied through admin

would be most cool as well if a payment link could go out to customer for the adjustment to the order total

Extensions button, top right, try "restocking fee" for free and commercial, see if that leads to something usable.
