API xml order import?

Hello,
I'm looking for an API XML order import for Opencart.

So what i'm looking for is a way that orders from other (webshop) systems can be send true xml to an API in opencart and that orders this way are made in Opencart.
So i need product and custommer info for this.

Is there a way this is possible?

There is no xml feed yet.
what i need is to gif possibillety to other webshop owners to shoot there orders into our opencart B2B system and tell them how this xml should look.

But i can not find anywhere or it is even posible to shoot in orders by xml or that there is an (basic) module for.

It is no problem is is custom job to modefie this so it works as i need.

I can find lots of modules what can inport categories or products by xml feeds, but no information about importing orders bij xml
