Stock USPS module problem..

I'm getting the following text at the shipping stage when checking out:

Priority Mail Express 1-Day^™
Priority Mail 1-Day^™

What is the problem and how do I clean it up?

EDIT:

I've tried a couple test orders but no orders show in my USPS account..
I'm connected to the USPS production server and have entered the username supplied from them in the extension in opencart..

Is there something I'm missing?

You're evidently not getting to the point where pounds vs. ounces would matter.
