Hi there,

I am going to start with sorry I have not looked at your site alot but the first thing I saw that you have a live chat button and it says that you are online. You click the link and you are sent to http://www.thai-kaftan.co.uk/ when then says you are not online!

I would either remove the live chat button when you are not online. If you still want the button there then I would add the times that you are going to be online. But please don't redirect it to another website.

Just my two cents.

Kind Regards

That works nicely, and is a pleasant departure from out-of-the box OC in overall layout and initial navigation.

I'm getting the impression that vipster247 might dislike chat popups. I happen to detest them, they're ordinarily in the way, difficult to make go away, useless, and presumptuous, all at once.

G. algorithm changes, more than monthly this year and notably twice June 11 but also plodding along afterward, have precipitated confusion and unhappy campers whose only sin was following guess whose own rules. You're not alone, you just came lately to what was already ground zero.

#butte: Thanks for the comment - regarding the chat popup, I've never really been happy with it, so its now been disabled.
Livehelp can now only be initiated as required from the link image - one thing though, the ROI from using the chat system has already proved itself with associated sales !
Google.....well..nuf said on that subject !

There are several standalone chats with small footprints and acreage that you can customize (big, little, to suit your fancy) that don't require wandering off through a service. A few are in sourceforge.net (ask the box for "chat php").
